Positioned within Perth’s northern coastal corridor, the Quinns Coastal House was conceived as a luxurious contemporary residence that embraces natural light, openness, and connection to its surroundings. The architectural vision was to create a sophisticated coastal sanctuary that balances bold design with timeless liveability, delivering a home that feels both refined and effortlessly relaxed.
Project Brief

The client envisioned a high end family residence that would maximise natural light, capture coastal breezes, and provide expansive entertaining spaces for modern living.

The design brief called for a contemporary architectural aesthetic featuring generous volumes, premium finishes, strong indoor-outdoor integration, and carefully considered spaces that support both everyday family life and large-scale entertaining.

A key objective was to create a home that felt luxurious without compromising comfort or functionality.

Design Outcome

The resulting design showcases dramatic architectural forms, soaring ceilings, oversized skylights, and expansive glazing that flood the interiors with natural light throughout the day.

Open-plan living zones seamlessly transition to resort inspired outdoor entertaining areas, creating a strong connection between architecture, landscape, and lifestyle. Custom joinery, natural stone finishes, feature lighting, and carefully selected materials elevate the home’s sense of sophistication while maintaining warmth and livability.

Every element of the design was considered to create a residence that feels timeless, elegant, and uniquely connected to its coastal setting an architectural statement designed for contemporary Australian living.
